Iceland Day 20

Boo, we have a plane to catch. However unlike when we arrived, the weather virtually all the way across was gorgeous. These are iPhone pics from the window seat, so as you would expect they suffer a bit from loss of fidelity.

Leaving Iceland, the Snæfellsnes peninsula domimates:

I’m really bummed with the resolution of this pic. That’s a crystal blue azure lake on the top of the iceberg.

Glaciers ahead:

Nuuk, the capital of Greenland is in the center of the first pic. It’s identifiable by its squared-off bay.
